Home Page

The Home page is the first thing you’ll see when logging into the Filmhub Dashboard. It gives you a high level overview of your account and titles.

Last Updated

The Last Updated timestamp shows when the information displayed on your Home page was most recently updated.

Filmhub receives reporting directly from our channel partners, processes the data, and updates your dashboard as new information becomes available. Because reporting schedules vary by channel, the timing of updates may vary as well.

Performance Overview

The Performance Overview gives you a snapshot of your account's performance over the past six months. For clients on the Core plan, this provides a quick overview of performance directly from the Home page.

You'll see:

  • A chart showing your gross estimates and gross earnings for the past six months
  • A link to learn more about your performance data

Important: Gross estimates are based on reports Filmhub receives from our channel partners and are not necessarily final. Estimates may change as channels finalize their reporting and accounting, sometimes weeks or months after the initial report. You will be able to view your final earnings in the 'Statements' page.

Top Channels

Top Channels shows your best-performing channels over the past six months, ranked by gross estimates across all of your titles.

Use this section to quickly see which channels are generating the most estimated revenue from your catalog. If you’re looking for more granular data across all channels, we recommend checking out one of our Plans.

Top Titles

Top Titles shows your best-performing titles over the past six months, ranked by gross estimates.

Use this section to quickly identify which titles are generating the most estimated revenue. If you’re looking for more granular data for your titles, we recommend checking out one of our Plans.

Licensing Status

Recent Licensing Activity shows the latest changes to the licensing status of your titles, with the most recent activity displayed first.

This may include:

  • A channel has decided to license your title
  • A channel removing your title from its service
  • Other changes to a title's licensing status

Use this section to keep track of recent changes to where your titles are being distributed.

Dedicated Acquisitions Executive

For Pro Clients Your Home page shows the Acquisitions Executive assigned to your account.

Your dedicated Acquisitions Executive is your main point of contact at Filmhub and can provide guidance and assistance with distributing your titles, including questions about your account, releases, channels, and growth opportunities.
