# AppleTV Marketing Guidelines
## How to market your AppleTV title and when permission is required
Apple requires that you follow the marketing guidelines laid out in their [guide.](https://marketing.services.apple/apple-tv-identity-guidelines#:~:text=Use%20only%20one%20Apple%20TV,make%20it%20the%20dominant%20artwork)Please read through thoroughly.
