While there is no cost to upload to Filmhub, producers sometimes need help with their assets, wish to make changes after their initial submissions, or would like additional services.

🔎 Quality Control Services

Premium QC Service - $499/title

Premium QC reviews a title against our partners’ highest QC standards. Filmhub offers this as a Professional Service, either included in your paid plan or selected as a paid service for your title. This service involves a Filmhub QC technician reviewing the Standard QC requirements and additionally providing:

  • A detailed review of technical video requirements to flag such as duplicate frames, blended frames, and cropped images or text
  • A detailed review of images to flag any legibility, consistency, and resolution issues
  • A detailed review of captions and subtitles to flag any discrepancies with grammar, spelling, and timing
 
 🎨 Artwork Services

Artwork Creation Service - $675/title

Provide Filmhub with 3-5 images, and our graphic designers will create new artwork for your titles.
We create artwork in all sizes that Filmhub accepts as part of this work.
Each round of revisions, if requested, will be $200 per round
 

Artwork Correction Service - $195/title

Sometimes, your artwork requires a slight update to remove production company logos, address stretching or padding issues, or remove a billing block, among other adjustments.  We will fix all submitted artwork at this cost.

Artwork Audience Testing Service - $975

We recommend all clients produce multiple versions of artwork and A/B test them. We provide testing as a service. 
Provide Filmhub with 3 16:9  versions of artwork for your film.
Our proprietary testing method will ask 250 people to choose the best option and provide feedback. 
We provide a consolidated report with recommendations. 
 

💬 Caption Services

Caption Creation Service - $4/min of video

We will create English closed captions for your video and guarantee the pass QC.

Subtitle Translation: $200 per language per video

Translate your English SDH captions into the following languages:

Spanish
French
German
Italian
Portuguese

NOTE: caption translation is currently available for English-only language titles.

🎥 Video Services

Basic Fixes - $145/item for each main video

These video issues can be easily fixed:

Remove letterbox/pillarbox.
Remove post-rolls.
 

Deep Fixes - $245/item for each main video

These video issues might be fixable under certain conditions and will require lab work:

Fix non-square pixels.
Remove pre-rolls.
Remove redundant video streams.
De-interlace.
Remove duplicate frames.
Fix unsupported frame rates.
Fix minor audio issues such as overall low level or occasional clipping.
 

Advanced Fixes - $495/item for each main video

Remove mid-roll ad breaks
Remove/crop scenes
Remove bumpers/banners
Remove promo/call to action

Trailer Creation - $4,500/title

Creation of a 90-second to 2 1/2 minute trailer, cut by one of our professional editors.

This service includes one round of minor revisions. Additional revision rounds can be purchased for $900/round.

NOTE: Before purchasing a trailer, you will need to provide original audio stems and upload your main video to your Dashboard.

Excerpt Creation (1-2 min Excerpt) - $95/title

Creation of a 1-2 minute excerpt from the main video to be used in lieu of a trailer.
 

 🔊 Marketing Services

Scheduled Release Dates

Inclusion and coordination of a targeted release on a specific date to select transactional channels.

Only available for Pro Clients

$1999 for each subsequent Scheduled Release Date

Paid Media

We run bespoke paid media campaigns with placements across Amazon Fire TV, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (Search + YouTube), Samsung CTV, LG CTV, Roku, Tubi, and more. 

Minimum paid budget - $10,000+

Set up fee - $2,500

Management fee - 20% of paid media spend

Publicity

$3,000+ per month

For select titles, we offer publicity services to secure Rotten Tomatoes-certified reviews and coverage in relevant publications. 

🎬 Title Services

Large Catalog Import - $349/title

Bulk ingestion of catalogs (minimum 100 titles.)
Includes title creation, csv metadata ingestion, electronic asset transfer & upload, and asset/data mapping into your Filmhub account.

Change & QC new deliverables - $449/title

Title Re-Delivery - $349/channel

Change & QC new deliverables (videos, artwork, captions, & metadata)\Filmhub currently supports re-delivery to Amazon Prime Video, Tubi, The Roku Channel, Popsy on Plex, Apple TV,  YouTube Movies & TV (Free with Ads), and Relay.*

  • Relay automatically re-delivers and does not require a re-delivery request or payment.

Title Takedowns - $99/title

After three (3) years of being on Filmhub, removing a title is free of charge for producers.
After five (5) years of being on Filmhub, removing a title is free of charge for catalog import clients.

🗂️ File Recovery/Retrieval Services

If you need to retrieve or recover your assets, we offer a Recovery Download Service. 

*Note: this includes the original files you submitted, not modified versions we fixed to pass Quality Control (QC).

Movie Asset Package - $695

Asset Package consists of the original main video file, trailer, and closed captions.

Show Asset Package - $695 (+ $250 per episode after the first)
