This section allows storage of all related documents, clearances and other legal documents, but also non-legal documents for marketing, promotion and administration. 

Allowed file types are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, jpg, jpeg, and png.

Clearance documents are not a requirement but can be helpful to be eligible for more channels. 

If you have one, you can upload a so-called Music Cue Sheet which lists every musical cue, its start/end times in the film/show, its duration, writer(s), publisher(s) and collection agency affiliation(s) (like ASCAP, BMI, GEMA etc).

If you licensed music or images from 3rd parties, you can upload your clearance agreements proving you have done so. (You can retract amounts of any other sensitive information if you prefer).

These document help prove your chain of title to establish your ownership of the copyright. In the traditional distribution industry, these are usually required for distribution. On our platform, only some channels might want to see these at some point. This blog post might be of useful information. Include any other files you might have, for example song sync license agreements, Electronic Press Kits (EPKs), Pitch Decks, E&O Insurance, Cast and Crew Bios etc.
