Once you are fully onboarded and receiving deliveries of Filmhub titles, there are a few ways to check title delivery status.

First, we send a weekly update email on Tuesday of all titles delivered in the previous week. To change or update the email where we send this notice, please email your partner manager and CC: channel-operations *at* filmhub.com.

Avails

Avails are delivered as part of the title delivery package in the metadata. As avails are updated, they will be updated in the Filmhub app, and we will update you also via email. It is your responsibility as a Channel to ensure avails are properly followed.
