GDPR / Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by Filmhub. This includes any information you have submitted to us directly or through use of our platform.

What to expect

Once you submit a request, our team will follow up via email to confirm your intent. You must respond to that confirmation within 14 days. If we do not receive a response, your request will be closed without action.

To reopen a closed request, you will need to resubmit the form.

If you have active licenses

If your titles have secured licensing through Filmhub, additional steps will apply. These may include a delayed account deletion to allow pending earnings to be disbursed. Details will be outlined in your confirmation email.
