What is the Promo Page
Your Filmhub Promo Page is a public-facing landing page automatically created for every title that is Active in your Filmhub Dashboard.
It displays your trailer, metadata, and direct links to every JustWatch partnership channel (see full list below) where your title is available; all in one place. It updates automatically as new channels are added, so it never goes out of date.

Why your Promo Page matters
Marketing a title across multiple channels means your audience is coming from different places: social media, email campaigns, press coverage, paid ads, festival appearances. Without a single destination to send them to, your traffic is fragmented and harder to measure.
Your Promo Page solves this. It is the one link that always works, always reflects where your title is available, and always gives your audience a clear path to watch.
Use it as your single primary link across every marketing touchpoint:
- Social media bios and posts
- Email campaigns
- Press materials and EPK
- Paid advertising
- QR codes for physical materials
- Influencer and collaborator share kits
Beyond driving traffic, your Promo Page also tracks it. Every visit, referral source, geographic location, device, and campaign click is recorded and available to Plus and Pro subscribers through [Insights: Promo Page]. This data tells you which marketing activities are working, which channels are driving the most engaged visitors, and where to focus your efforts next.
For a full breakdown of what Insights: Promo Page tracks and how to use the data, see Insights: Promo Page (for Plus & Pro Plan clients).
How to find your Promo Page
- Open your Filmhub Dashboard and navigate to the Titles page using the left-hand menu
- Select a title from the list to open the Title Page
- Click the "Promo Page" button, located below the title name at the top of the page
How to manage your Promo Page
From any Title Page, click the "Promo Page" button, then select "Manage" from the dropdown. The following options are available:
- Tracking - add a Google Measurement ID to connect your Promo Page to your existing Google Analytics setup. This enables deeper tracking of visitor behavior and campaign performance directly on your page. Your Measurement ID is formatted as G-XXXXXXXX and can be found in your Google Analytics account. If you don't have a Google Analytics account, you can create one for free at analytics.google.com.
- Artwork - view the artwork currently displayed on your Promo Page. The 16:9 version of your artwork is used.
- Note: once a title is Active, it is locked and cannot be edited directly to protect the integrity of assets that have passed QC. To update your artwork, you will need to submit a Title Asset Update and Redelivery request through the Support Form. For best practices on artwork, see Artwork - Best Practices.
- Share - displays two options for sharing your Promo Page:
- A downloadable QR code, useful for printed campaign materials, festival appearances, and physical promotional assets
- A short link (formatted as filmhub.com/t/XXXX-XXXX) you can copy or share directly
- View Promo Page - take you directly to the public Promo Page for the title that your audience sees.
- Back - clicking on the title name in the top left corner will return you to the Title Page for the current title.
What visitors see on your Promo Page
When a visitor lands on your Promo Page, they will see:
- Trailer - if you have uploaded a trailer, it will auto-play at the top of the page. If no trailer is uploaded, a static image is displayed instead. Uploading a trailer is strongly recommended.
- Where to Watch - direct links to the channels where your title is available in the visitor's country, powered by JustWatch. The page automatically detects the visitor's location based on their IP address and displays the relevant channel links for their region.
- Synopsis - pulled from your Title’s metadata. To update, submit a Title Asset Update and Redelivery request through the Support Form.
- Cast, crew, and other metadata - pulled from your Title’s metadata. To update, submit a Title Asset Update and Redelivery request through the Support Form.
- Search bar - visitors can search for other titles on Filmhub directly from your Promo Page.
- More Like This - similar Titles within the Filmhub catalog based on genre, keywords, tags, and other patter-matching criteria.
Where to Watch: how it works
Where to Watch links are powered by Filmhub's partnership with JustWatch, one of the world's leading streaming search engines. When your title is live on a supported channel, JustWatch typically populates the link within 24 hours.
The best way to ensure your channels appear correctly is to have your title's IMDb URL entered in your Title details. You can find the IMDb URL field on the Listing tab under the Catalog section.
Channels supported by JustWatch:
ALLBLK, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Prime Video - Free with Ads, Animal Planet, Apple TV, Channel 4, Cineverse, Curiosity Stream, Darkroom, Dekkoo, Discovery+, Eternal Family, Fandango at Home, Filmzie, FlixFling, Flix Premiere, Found TV, fuboTV, Future Today (Fawesome), Gaia, HBO, Here Media, Hoopla, Hulu, IndiePix Unlimited, JustWatch, Kanopy, Lifetime, Mubi, Netflix, Paramount+, PBS, Pluto TV, Popsy on Plex, Rakuten, Revry, Shudder, Starz, Starz On (Starzplay), Stingray, The CW, The Roku Channel, truTV, Tubi, Vice TV, Xumo, YouTube Movies and TV (AVOD/SVOD)
Note: Filmhub distributes to hundreds of channels. Not all have been integrated with JustWatch yet, so some channels may not appear as Where to Watch links on your Promo Page.
If your Where to Watch links are missing or incorrect:
- Confirm your title's IMDb URL is entered on the Listing tab of the Title Page
- Confirm your title is live on the channel in question
- Confirm the channel is on the JustWatch-supported list above
- If all of the above are true and links are still not appearing, submit a request directly to JustWatch. Include the link to your title on the streaming channel and the countries where it is available.
Note: If your title is part of a Scheduled Release, contact your Acquisitions Executive before reaching out to JustWatch.
FAQs
When does my title get a Promo Page?
- Your Promo Page is created automatically once your title passes QC and becomes Active in your Filmhub catalog. A license does not need to be secured first.
Can I share my Promo Page before my title is live on any channel?
- Yes. Your Promo Page is available as soon as your title is Active, even before it is live on any channel. You can share it in advance as part of your pre-release marketing.
Why is my title locked and how do I make changes?
- Once a title passes QC and becomes Active, it is locked to protect the integrity of your reviewed assets. To update any title information or assets, submit a Title Asset Update and Redelivery request through the Support Form.
Why don't I see any Where to Watch links on my Promo Page?
- First confirm your title is live on a JustWatch-supported channel and that your IMDb URL is entered on the Listing tab. If both are true and links still aren't appearing, submit a request directly to JustWatch.
How long does it take for Where to Watch links to appear after my title goes live?
- Typically within 24 hours of your title going live on a supported channel.

Can I customize the design or layout of my Promo Page?
- The layout is standardized across all Promo Pages. Content that appears on your page, including artwork, trailer, synopsis, and metadata, can be updated by submitting a Title Asset Update and Redelivery request through the Support Form.
Does my Promo Page update automatically when my title goes live on a new channel?
- Yes. Where to Watch links populate automatically through JustWatch as your title becomes available on new channels. No manual updates are required.
