- Where to Watch: This section gives your audience a choice of where to watch your title. It’s powered by our partnership with JustWatch and supports all the same Channels.
- Country: Users can select their country of viewership to see which Channels your title is available on in their region.
- Synopsis: This is taken from your Title details. Click edit on the Title Page and browse to the Profile tab to add or edit synopses.
- Other metadata: Includes information on the cast and crew — this can also be edited from the Profile tab.
Where To Watch
Filmhub has partnered with JustWatch to provide the most up to date where to watch data. The best way to ensure that your channels appear under "Where to Watch," is by having your title's IMDb link in the title details.
If the channels or title information on Relay doesn't match your content, there may be a data mismatch in JustWatch.
How to fix if your title is not displaying "Where to Watch" links
First, check your title page in the Filmhub app and ensure that the title's IMDb URL is listed. You can find the IMDb URL field on the "Listing Tab" in the "Catalog" section about halfway down the page. If you do not have an IMDb URL submitted and need it added to the title, please email support@filmhub.com and include the title's name and its corresponding IMDb URL.
Second, for the channel that is not displaying "Where to Watch" links, go to that channel and ensure that your title is live, and check the list below that it is a channel supported by JustWatch.
If your title meets these requirements, follow the following steps below to reach out to JustWatch.
*Note: If your title is a part of a scheduled release, please contact your Acquisitions Executive
