Reporting and Royalties
This article covers how reporting and payments work as a Filmhub channel partner, including reporting schedules and what to do if you have questions about a payment.
How Reporting Works
As a Filmhub channel partner, you are responsible for reporting viewership and revenue data back to Filmhub according to the terms of your agreement. Filmhub uses this data to calculate royalties owed to rights holders. Once you’re fully onboarded, Filmhub will send a template through for completing reporting.
Most channels send final reports alongside payment, rather than on a separate schedule.
Reporting Schedules
Reporting schedules vary by channel and are defined in your individual agreement with Filmhub. Common schedules include:
- Monthly — report and payment submitted monthly
- Quarterly — report and payment submitted quarterly
Statements and Payments
For questions about your reporting obligations, payment schedule, or outstanding balances, contact your Filmhub account manager or email accounts@filmhub.com.
Late or Missing Reports
If you are unable to submit a report on time, contact your account manager as soon as possible. Late or missing reports may result in your account being placed on hold. See Channel Account Statuses Explained for what that means for your access and deliveries.
