# Reviewing and Fixing QC Flags on Your Title
## Find your QC flags, learn what each one means, and fix them so you can re-submit your title
After our QC team completes an initial review of your title, any items that need your attention appear directly on the title in your Filmhub dashboard. This article shows you where to find them, what each flag means, and how to re-submit.
### Where to find your QC flags
1. Log in to your [Filmhub dashboard](https://app.filmhub.com/).
2. Open your title and click **Edit**.
3. Click **What’s needed?** in the top right corner, next to the Submit button.

The **What’s needed?** panel gives you a full breakdown of your title in one place.
- The top of the panel shows how many required items are left and which tabs they’re on.
- Each tab (Video, Profile, Listing, Artwork, Avails, Documents) is listed with its status.
- Tabs with open items show a red count and list each item. Click an item to go to it.
- Tabs with nothing left to fix show **DONE**.
You can’t submit your title until every required item is resolved.
### Reading the flags on your assets
Each video asset (like your Main Video or Trailer) shows how many items are flagged. Below the asset, you’ll see a list of items that need your attention to meet channel requirements.

| Icon | What it means | What to do |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Red circle with an X | Required. This must be fixed before you can submit. | Follow the instructions in the flag. If it says **Reupload Needed**, you’ll need to upload a corrected file. |
| Yellow triangle | Recommended. This won’t block your submission, but fixing it may improve how your title performs across channels. | Fix it if you can. |
| Dashed circle, “Not checked yet” | This check hasn’t run yet. Some checks only happen during full QC review after you submit. | Nothing for now. |
Click **Learn more** next to any flag for details on that requirement.
### Fixing the issues
- **If a new file is needed:** click **Replace file** on the asset and upload your corrected version.
- **For everything else:** make the change on the tab where the item is listed.
- Open **What’s needed?** again to check your progress. When every tab shows **DONE**, you’re ready to submit.
### Re-submitting your title
1. Click **Submit** in the top right corner.
2. Our team will continue the QC review of your assets.
3. If we find anything else that needs to be resolved, we’ll email you.

Many of these issues can be handled by our team through the [Asset Adjustment Service](https://help.filmhub.com/asset-adjustment-service?hsLang=en), so you don’t need to re-edit or re-upload. This service is included in our Basic, Premium, and Premium Plus [plans](https://help.filmhub.com/plans?hsLang=en). You’ll see the option at the top of your title’s Video tab.
