Why is there an Artwork section?
Artwork is generally the first thing that licensing partners look at when considering a title for licensing. Once a title is selected and delivered, channels will display the artwork you share as your title’s thumbnail on their platform.
💡 Tip: Sharp, professional-looking images help make it possible for your title to perform well on Filmhub.
Review our artwork requirements
Before you are ready to upload your artwork, please review our ⭐️ technical requirements and artwork examples ⭐️ to ensure your artwork will pass our QC review.

3️⃣ If possible, please attach any “Other Artwork” (optional):
- To include additional still images that a channel might use for background display imagery on their platform, please upload the images under ‘Other Artwork’ and label the file as ‘16x9 Textless.’
4️⃣ Once your artwork has been uploaded, please select ‘Save Progress’ at the bottom of your screen.
- This step is vital. If you don’t Save Progress, you may lose the assets you just uploaded to your Filmhub account.
🔑 Consistency is key
- Please keep all of your artwork designs consistent across sizes so your title is recognizable on any channel!
