      Statements: What They Are and Why They Matter

      Statements represent verified earnings that have been transferred to you from Filmhub.

      As soon as Filmhub receives earnings from a Channel, we process the payments and associate them to the proper accounts. To access these earnings, clients first need to complete a verification process (see Transfer: Verify & Transfer Earnings process) ensuring proper rights.

      Once calculated and verified, transferred earnings become 'Verified Transactions' and are updated to Statements.

      • Your Statements consist of only Verified Transactions (earnings that have been Verified & Transferred from your Filmhub account to your connected Paypal account.)
      • Your Statements will only update after your calculated and verified earnings have been transferred.

      Statements Page Overview

      • Verified Transactions only show transactions that have been Verified & Transferred.
      • There is one line per verified earning reported by a Channel.
        • Some Channels report one earning amount per month, and some report per view, rental, purchase, or impression.

      Statement Definitions

      • Date - The date that the earnings were paid by the Channel
      • Type - The type of transaction.
      • Info - Extra information about the transaction such as if it failed, what Channel or Title it relates to.
        • Success = Transfer has deposited into your connected PayPal account.
        • Failed = Transfers were not successfully deposited. Please make sure you add the correct PayPal email on the Taxes page.
        • Unclaimed = Please troubleshoot with PayPal. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact support@filmhub.com.
      • For Period From & Ending - The License Period in which the Channel reported the amounts were paid for.

      Filtering Statements

      • You can filter your view to show only Debits, Credits, and Transfer Requests, or click "All" to see all transactions:
       
      • You can also filter by date range, channel, and/or title:

      Exporting and Downloading Your Statements

      • Your Statements can be downloaded in the Statements section by clicking 'Export CSV'.
      • Statement CSV exports include both gross earnings (before Filmhub’s commission) and net earnings (after Filmhub’s commission).
