Request a Transfer by clicking on the Transfer tab on the left-hand menu bar.
You will need to proceed with the Verification and Earnings Calculation before the transfer can occur.
We transfer in United States Dollars (US$).
You will be able to see the total available funds, the amount to be withheld for taxes depending on your country, and the amount that will be transferred, as well as the likely processing fees on PayPal.
In the example below, the country of residence is Canada, which requires a 10% withholding.
Once you click 'I Certify and Request Transfer' the earnings will arrive in your PayPal account in 2-3 business days.
Once the Earnings arrive in your PayPal the Earnings will be fully Verified and will show on the Performance & Statements pages.

No, we do not support any other payment methods besides PayPal at this time.
Q: How long does it take to receive my earnings after I initiate a transfer to my PayPal account?
Once you click 'I Certify and Request Transfer' the earnings will arrive in your PayPal account in 2-3 business days.

Q: After I initiated my transfer, my earnings disappeared. What happened?
When you initiate a transfer, it takes 2-3 days for the funds to be deposited into your PayPal account. Once the funds arrive in your PayPal account, the Earnings will be fully Verified and will show on the Performance & Statements pages.
Q: Why does my Performance page say that I have money but when I go to Transfer, it says "No earnings are available at this time."?
Performance reports are estimated earnings for what your title has generated on a specific Channel during a specific time period. The reports are typically provided to Filmhub before the actual payments are sent from the Channels. This means that you will see your title's projected performance prior to Filmhub having received payment.
Make sure to check the Schedule, which shows timelines for expected performance reporting and historical and planned payments.
Q: My title is showing performance and the Schedule is indicating a payment has been received by Filmhub, why does it say "No earnings are available at this time."?
We typically see this happen when clients utilize Professional Services which are charged against earnings on the account, shown as 'Adjustments' on your Statements page.
This can result in a negative balance that needs to be recouped before earnings are available to Verify & Transfer.
