Professional Services Overview
While there is no cost to upload to Filmhub, producers sometimes need help with their assets, wish to make changes after their initial submissions, or would like additional services. Here is our rate card:
Artwork Creation Service - $325/title
- Provide Filmhub with 3-5 images and our graphic designers will create new artwork for your titles.
- We create all artwork sizes that Filmhub accepts as part of this work.
- If you want small revisions made to the artwork we can revise for $100/per round of revisions.
Artwork Correction Service - $95/title
Sometimes your artwork needs a slight update to remove some production company logos, fix some stretching or padding issues, remove a billing block, etc.
Caption Creation Service - $4/min of video
We will create English closed captions for your video and guarantee the best quality.
- Currently only available for English language titles (mixed language is not supported.)
Basic Fixes - $45/item for each main video
These video issues can be easily fixed:
- Remove letterbox/pillarbox.
- Remove post-rolls.
Deep Fixes - $145/item for each main video
These video issues might be fixable under certain conditions and will require lab work:
- Fix non-square pixels.
- Remove pre-rolls.
- Remove redundant video streams.
- De-interlace.
- Remove duplicate frames.
- Fix unsupported frame rates.
- Fix minor audio issues such as overall low level or occasional clipping.
Trailer Creation (1-2 min Excerpt) - $75/title
- Creation of a 1-2 minute excerpt from the main video to be used in lieu of a trailer.
🎬 Title Services
Large Catalog Import - $99/title
- Bulk ingestion of catalogs (minimum 100 titles.)
- Includes title creation, csv metadata ingestion, electronic asset transfer & upload, and asset/data mapping into your Filmhub account.
Title Update / Re-Review - $149/title
- Title updates include changes to assets (videos, artwork, and captions), metadata, and avails for any title that has already passed QC and is set to Active.
Title Re-Delivery - $99/channel

Filmhub currently supports re-delivery to Amazon Prime Video, Tubi, The Roku Channel, Popsy on Plex, Apple TV, and YouTube Movies & TV (Free with Ads).
Title Takedowns - $99/title
- After three (3) years of being on Filmhub, removing a title is free of charge for producers.
- After five (5) years of being on Filmhub, removing a title is free of charge for catalog import clients.

If you need to retrieve or recover your assets, we offer a Recovery Download Service
Movie Asset Package - $295
Show Asset Package - $295 (+ $150 per episode)
- Asset Package consists of the first episode's main video file for the first episode, trailer, and closed captions.
- $150 for each additional episode after the first.

These are additional distribution services that Filmhub can provide as requested.
Distribution Plus - $99/mo or $999/yr
- Subscription plan which unlocks access to additional distribution services and features listed on our website.
Distribution Pro - $199/mo or $999/yr
- Subscription plan which unlocks access to additional distribution services and features listed on our website.
Scheduled Release Dates - $1999/title
- Inclusion and coordination of specific release dates for a title to select Channels.
