How to request an update to an active Title and request re-delivery to a Channel that has an active License.

Title Update & Re-Delivery Overview
After your Title passes QC it becomes 'Active' and is locked to ensure consistency when delivering to Channels. Sometimes producers need to make changes to their title after it's been locked (aka 'Title Update') and then re-deliver those updates to Channels that had previously licensed the title (aka 'Re-Deliveries').
When updates are made to a title, it must be re-reviewed by our quality control (QC) team to ensure the newly updated information/assets meet the requirements of the Channels we work with. The cost per title update can be found on our Professional Services.
When a title is re-delivered with the updated information/assets, there is a chance that the Channel may reject the update delivery. While it's not common, it should be considered when requesting a re-delivery to an actively licensed Channel as this is completely out of Filmhub's control.
Changes to live titles are discouraged by most Channels. Don't expect changes to be done overnight. Procedures, timing, and reliability vary from service to service (can generally take up to 8 weeks).
Requesting a Title Update
Title updates include changes to assets (videos, artwork, and captions), metadata, and avails for any title that has already passed QC and is set to Active.
The cost per title update can be found on our Professional Services page and will be charged against future earnings on your account.
Distribution Plan subscribers receive the following number of free title updates per year:
- Distribution Plus: Five (5) title updates per year
- Distribution Pro: Ten (10) title updates per year
To request an update and re-review of an active title, select 'Update Title Assets/Info' within the Title Update Request Form.
Requesting a Re-Delivery
Filmhub currently supports re-deliveries to the following Channels: Amazon Prime Video, Tubi, The Roku Channel, Popsy on Plex, Apple TV, and YouTube Movies & TV (Free with Ads).
The cost per title re-delivery per Channel can be found on our Professional Services page and will be charged against future earnings on your account.
