The Transactions List
The Transactions List gives you a detailed view of every financial transaction in your account. Each line in the Transactions List represents an individual transaction.

The Transactions List uses the following definitions:
- Date: The date the financial transaction was posted to your account.
- Type: The types of transactions are defined as:
- Transfer: Completed transfer requests, including successful, failed, or canceled transfers.
- Please note that transfers initiated before July 1st will have the label Transfer (gross) and have tax included. Those initiated on or after July 1st will be labeled Transfer (net)
- Tax withheld: The amount withheld from your earnings as required by law based on your tax country. Learn more here.
- Transfer fee: A fee charged by PayPal to execute your transfer. Filmhub does not add additional charges on top of this fee. The fee shown at the time of your transfer request is an estimate based on your declared tax country: $0.25 for US accounts; 2% of the transfer amount (up to $20.00) for non-US accounts (view PayPal's full fee schedule). PayPal charges based on your PayPal account country, so if that differs from your tax country on file, the fee may vary slightly and a small adjustment will appear in your statements to reconcile any difference.
- Reversed transfer: Transfers that have been returned to Filmhub from PayPal.
- Deposit: Earnings received from Channels.
- Adjustment: Amounts applied toward or against your account by Filmhub. (e.g., charges against earnings for requested Professional Services)
- Referral: Payments received from referral agreements.
- Transfer: Completed transfer requests, including successful, failed, or canceled transfers.
- Info: The info column lists what Channel and title the transaction is related to. It also lists any extra information about the transaction.
- Success = Transfer has been deposited into your connected PayPal account.
- Failed = Transfers were not successfully deposited.
- Unclaimed = Troubleshoot with PayPal. If you are still experiencing issues, contact support@filmhub.com.
- For Period From: Start of the Reporting Period in which the channel reported the amounts paid for.
- Ending: End of the Reporting Period.
- Amount: Total earnings in the transaction.
You can toggle visible columns in the Transactions List using the View tool.

Negative Balances
Occasionally, it is possible to have negative balances in your account. A few reasons you might have a negative balance charge:
- Earnings adjustments found during audits
- You purchased professional services like artwork or video fixes from Filmhub to be billed against future earnings
- Your initial Filmhub deal includes recoupable expenses, which must be earned back before you can receive earnings directly
- You submitted a Title Update or Redelivery request, and Filmhub agreed for it to be billed against future earnings
You must have a positive balance before you can Transfer.
