How to upload episode videos and captions for your Show.

In this guide:

  • How to: Add Seasons to your Show

  • How to: Upload Captions to each Episode Video

Add your Show in 12 Steps

1️⃣ Step 1: In the ‘Video’ tab, you will first be prompted to add a trailer.

Although optional, we recommend uploading a trailer in order to boost your title’s performance.

To upload the title’s Trailer, ‘Drag & Drop a File’ directly onto the dashboard or click ‘Select a File’ to add a video from your finder.

For supported browsers (non-Safari), the video uploader will perform a validation check of the video file to identify issues prior to uploading. Learn more about the in-browser validation in the Video Upload Process article.

"What's missing?" and "Submit"

In order to submit your title, all required information and assets must be provided and ready for review. The "What's missing?" button (located in the top right corner) will let you know what information and assets are missing or incomplete. Once all required information and assets have been provided and are ready for review, the "What's missing?" checklist will be empty and the "Submit" will become clickable.
